What Does The Road Authority (TRA) Mean?

The Road Authority (TRA) is a non-profit public-private partnership developed by Ontario Good Roads Association (OGRA) for supporting municipalities in Ontario. It's delivered by ASI technologies. TRA is a web portal with a database of products and services for use in public works infrastructure. TRA plays an essential role in trenchless construction methods such as horizontal directional drilling (HDD), microtunneling, and trenchless rehabilitation methods, like cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and pipe bursting, because access to parts of roads is required for the purpose of installing new pipelines or maintenance of existing lines.
